Patch for Custom Solution Wizard

This upgrade patch contains the following features:

Enables the Custom Solution Wizard to work with Visual C++ 6.0.
Enables the Custom Solution Wizard to work properly with a NeuroSolutions breadboard that uses a data file containing a large number of exemplars.

To install it, download the patch below, unzip the file to a temporary location then follow the instructions in the "Readme.txt" file.
