This panel is used to specify the number of processing elements, activation function, gradient search method, and learning rate for each network layer. NeuroSolutions simulations are vector based for efficiency. This implies that each layer contains a vector of PEs and that the parameters selected apply to the entire vector.

Note that the NeuralBuilder computes default values for these parameters based on the selected input data; there is often little or no modification needed.
