This panel is used to specify the topology specifics based on the selected neural model. The figure below shows the configuration parameters specific to the Self-Organizing Feature Map (SOFM) model.

The number of input PEs, output PEs and examplars are obtained computed from the file and column selections made within the Training Data Selection panel. For all neural models, this panel is used to specify the number of hidden layers comprising the topology. The NeuralBuilder will display a Layer Configuration panel for each hidden layer, as well as the output layer.
