NeuroSolutions v2.0 was originally designed for 32-bit Windows (Windows 95 and NT), but it was still compatible with 16-bit Windows (Windows 3.1). NeuroSolutions v3.0 was not designed to be 16-bit compatible, because it would have restricted the functionality of the software. NeuroSolutions v2.15 is the last release of NeuroSolutions before the transition to v3.0. We still offer this product for the handful of customers still using Windows 3.1.
