Type of card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express)

Card number

Expiration date

Name of cardholder

Billing address of cardholder (if different than shipping address of software)

Total dollar amount you are approving

- All credit card transactions will be in U.S. dollars.
- Customer is responsible for any value added tax (VAT) or duties fees imposed by their government.
