Appendix B - NeuroSolutions Tutorial

This appendix is designed to describe the operation of NeuroSolutions without assuming any previous knowledge of neural networks. We do, however, assume a familiarity with PC software and windows.

Although we don't assume previous knowledge of neural networks, the operation of NeuroSolutions will make more sense as you learn more about them. We recommend that you read through the tutorial quickly the first time through without focusing on the details. It is very important that you run the simulations while you read the material. You should then periodically revisit the tutorial as you progress through the text.
